Registration is limited to 12 guests. A valid invitation passphrase is required to submit the form.

The registration fee covers the draft product, meals and refreshments throughout the day, prizes, raffle items, and other event provisions.
Food and Refreshments
Breakfast, snacks, meals, and beverages will be provided throughout the day. Guests are welcome to bring their own food or beverages as well.
Please use the registration form to identify dietary restrictions, allergies, accessibility needs, or other information the host should know while planning the event.
What You Will Need
Players should arrive with:
- Access to the Magic Companion app
- A Wizards Account that can be used to sign in
- A charged mobile device
- Any cards, decks, playmats, tokens, dice, or accessories desired for casual play after the draft
The website manages invitations, registration, payment, waitlisting, and event communication. Pairings, results, and standings will be managed through Magic Companion.
Available Places and Waiting List
Twelve places are available. The first twelve active registrations occupy the available seats.
Once all twelve places are filled, additional registrations will be added to an ordered waiting list. If a confirmed player cancels, the next eligible person on the waiting list may be invited to claim the available place.
Submitting the form does not guarantee a confirmed seat until payment has been received and manually verified.
What Happens After You Register
- Submit the registration form using the invitation passphrase.
- If a place is available, your registration will be recorded as Payment pending.
- You will receive an email containing the available payment options.
- After payment is manually verified, your status will be changed to Confirmed and paid.
- Your confirmation email will include the complete event address, directions, parking information, arrival instructions, and final preparation details.
If all twelve places are already occupied, your registration will be recorded as Waitlisted instead. Waitlisted guests will not be asked to pay unless they are invited to claim an available place.
Payment and Address Privacy
Payment options may include PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.
The complete street address will not be displayed on the public website or included in the initial registration acknowledgement, payment-pending message, or waiting-list communication.
The address is provided only after payment has been manually verified and the registration has been marked Confirmed and paid.
